It is important that we have an opportunity before the wedding day to get to know each other during a few hours of making photos... photos which you keep and use (e.g. for invitations and emailing) and so that I can demonstrate the essentials of a great wedding photographer - creative, personable and technically competent.

Portraits & People Pictures

My passion is people pictures, because these always tell a story.

In order to make photos of you it important that we consider portraying you as a person with character and personality. There are always surprises and discoveries made when seeing your real beauty, seeing more than just your 'mirror image', seeing yourself as you would like others to see you (even with minimal photoshop work).

Making portraits involves us both in a creative exploration of who you are.

Modelling | Glamour

I have produced photos for modelling portfolios that have led to international modelling contracts. But for many the purpose for making glamour photos is to reveal your beauty in the best possible way, with a studio setup and styling appropriate to the feelings and emotions you wish to portray.

Let's also explore various contexts, clothing, etc. We might follow fashion. But often the best impressions come from the novel and unexpected.

Events | Special Occasions | Sport

There are times when you need a photographer with their 'finger on the button' to make thousands of images to record the action and the unexpected. I'm well setup to deliver this.

Then there are team photos, prize givings, and all those special occasions that will be treasured now and for generations to come.

Family | Children | Maternity

Photos of the whanau. Let's start with the kids, or earlier with their pregnant mum, and make a series of images that tell a story... the family's journey through time.

Were shall we make these photos? Besides the family reunion and other special family occasions, consider a spot that is a family favourite or conveys something about they way this family is. Bring along a pet or two, and other 'props' that are meaningful symbols of your family life.

Expensive and bulky photo albums are a thing of the past. Now you can take my photos and produce amazing 'coffee table' style books (with photos and writing), looking as good as any top notch publication.

I can the produce book, or guide you to make your own, using the simple to use resources now available online. The cost is anything from $20 to $500, depending on the size, number of pages, and print quality.

Printing Service for your Photos

Are you paying big bucks for quality prints and enlargements, or just not getting quality at all?

Send me your digital picture file, and I'll print your photo on high quality paper at either of these sizes: A4 ($20), A3 ($50), A2 ($100). These prices include limited enhancements, but not postage and packaging.
